- The decision is based on appraisal of the asset — without a credit check against the central credit liabilities register.
Information requests
Forms and CTAs («Request information») serve for contact and clarification. They do not equal guaranteed approval.
2. Model described on the site
- Monthly payment = interest for the period.
- Capital due at redemption.
- Horizons 3 / 6 / 12 / 24 months = interface guidance, no prices.
- No 36-month horizon. No rates that rise over time.
V1 categories: gold, jewellery, watches, silver, platinum, metal bars, coins, bullion.
3. Default and sale
Under the applicable Portuguese pawnbroker regime, sale of the pledged item does not occur on the first day of delay: there are default requirements and legal formalities (notices, publicity and communications provided for by law).

Legal bases: pre-contractual steps at your request and/or legitimate interest in responding to contacts.
Retention: for as long as needed for these purposes and for legal obligations.
Recipients: internal team and technical providers for hosting and email.
Rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability (where applicable) and complaint to the CNPD — via info@cofreatlantico.pt.
Cookies: we use cookies necessary for the site to function. If we use analytics in the future, we will inform you and seek consent where the law requires it.
